AI-powered advisory for construction governance and infrastructure evaluation.

What We Do
Construction Governance
AI-powered project advisory that helps principals and owners track variations, manage baselines, and maintain governance discipline from first contract to final account. Our systems are designed for the contract standards that matter: FIDIC, NZS 3910, and NEC4.
Infrastructure Evaluation
Quantifying value left on the table in infrastructure project delivery. We apply the Foregone Benefits Methodology to help decision-makers identify and recover measurable value from how projects are designed, procured, phased, and managed.
Advisory and Research
Combining 25+ years of international infrastructure experience — spanning multilateral development banks, government treasuries, and global engineering consultancies — with AI systems architecture to help organizations modernize how they govern construction and procurement.

Approach
We build governance systems that deliver repeatable outputs from variable tools. Our methodology combines structured analytical frameworks with AI to produce evidence-based project advisory at every stage of the infrastructure lifecycle — from procurement design through construction delivery to post-completion evaluation.
Our work is grounded in the standards and frameworks used by multilateral development banks, government agencies, and international engineering practice: World Bank Procurement Regulations, ADB Procurement Directives, FIDIC contract suites, and national construction standards.
